Plain words, no fine print tricks.
FIFO Basics course
Full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying and you've completed less than half of the lessons. Your access and any certificate end when the refund is processed.
CV Fix-up
If you're not happy with the first draft, tell us what's wrong and we'll revise it once. If you're still not happy after the revision, we'll refund you in full.
CV + Call bundle
The CV part follows the CV Fix-up rule. If we can't arrange your call within 14 days of your preferred day, we'll refund the bundle in full on request.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major problem, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
How to ask
Email hello@daysonsite.com from the address you used to buy. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
